IP Targeting & Venue Replay: Gametime Tickets
THE BACKGROUND
A newly established team in the NWSL league was located in a growing urban city and was seeking to drive ticket sales for their Championship game. They were running other advertisements that were not delivering on the ticket sales necessary to make the game a success.
THE CHALLENGE
The client was seeking to generate ticket sales by targeting two audiences: people who had previously attended a game and season ticket holders. The client also needed their campaign to launch within days as the championship game was approaching.
THE EL TORO SOLUTION
With El Toro’s patented technology, we used our Venue Replay product to deliver ads to the household devices of people who had previously attended a game at the client’s stadium. We then used our patented IP Targeting technology and the client’s CRM list to target season ticket holders on their household devices. With this two-pronged approach, ticket sales dramatically increased, making it the largest crowd to see a women’s soccer game at the facility to date.
