How is the Political Guarantee Measured?

Voter turnout is measured by comparing the turnout of households targeted by El Toro versus the turnout of households on your target list El Toro does not target (Control Group). We analyze voting records in the last four general elections – two congressional and two presidential.

What are the requirements to qualify for the El Toro Political Guarantee?

$100,000 minimum spend with El Toro on a single get-out-the-vote advertising campaign using our IP Targeting

Advertising campaign features no more than one candidate (cannot combine advertising campaign for multiple candidates)

Advertising campaign targets each household a minimum of 30 times within the final ten weeks preceding the election date

Advertising campaign is conducted in the United States

No segment-share advertisements run outside of El Toro

Control Group voter turnout rate does not exceed 65%
