Internships
Interns are an integral part of our culture. They get hands-on training and invaluable experience that could potentially lead to working with us full-time. How effective is an internship at El Toro? Just ask our first three interns: Carter, Joe and Crystal. They interned with us in 2015 and are still working here.

Boomerangs
We welcome former members of our team to come back – and they often do. We fully support growth and exploration, and understand sometimes that might mean seeking other opportunities. We consider our team members family and encourage them to return to El Toro when the opportunity arises.
Programs
We believe it’s important to use our ability to hire to help others. We partner with eight Kentucky universities, two of which are Historically Black Colleges & Universities, and we are building relationships with more. We offer immigrant and nonimmigrant VISA sponsorship opportunities and we are a Veteran Friendly Workplace, working with Hire Our Heroes to employ military veterans.
