Data Privacy

At El Toro, data privacy and security are some of our top priorities.  El Toro’s privacy and security infrastructure is designed with the evolving landscape of U.S. federal and state privacy laws in mind. Details on our practices and consumer rights are available in our Privacy Policy and State Privacy Rights Addendum.

Our sensitive segments review, informed by NAI guidelines, restricts the use of certain sensitive data points and data tied to sensitive locations.

El Toro’s technology is designed to work with limited data input from our customers.  In most cases, a list of physical addresses is all we need from our customers (no names, emails, phone numbers, or other information).

Each customer’s data is logically siloed from other customer data.  Customer data is encrypted in transmission via TLS and stored securely in SOC 2 compliant data centers.
