Congratulations Maurice! Kentucky Derby Festival Burger Winner!

This morning Maurice Williams, El Toro's Top Chef and Grill Master (also Director of Ad Operations), won the Kentucky Derby Festival's Burger Challenge! Maurice made the Smofried Cheese Stuffed Angus Burger, featuring brisket, feta cheese and cracked blacked pepper. Maurice won VIP tickets to Thunder Over Louisville, tickets to Waterfront Jam and BeerFest at Kroger's Fest-a-Ville, as well as a $100 gift certificate to Kroger. Additionally his burger will be featured at Over the 9 Restaurant in May, and he will be serving up samples of his winning burger at the Fest-a-Ville BeerFest.
