We sometimes get asked about our name. People often confuse us with a Mexican restaurant or an all-star infielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Why El Toro? We love the bull and the imagery associated with the matador’s battle with the bull. El Toro (the bull) is singularly focused on hitting its target the muleta or cape.
