A Fortune 500 transportation leader ran digital campaigns with three multinational companies to recruit truck drivers. The client was not impressed by the Cost-per-Hire (CPH) or the leads generated and was seeking to optimize their digital strategy to lower their CPH and generate quality leads.

First, they provided a list of drivers they wanted to target. Then, they wanted to generate a new list of drivers seen at high-value locations such as warehouses, truck stops, rest areas, and intermodal rail yards.

Digital banner ads about employee benefits, wages, and bonuses were sent to the household devices of both drivers and their families. Then using our Venue Replay technology, we delivered the same recruitment ads to drivers seen at high-value locations nationwide. This was the best recruitment campaign to date, leading the client to become a long-term client of El Toro.
